Plant manager Tony Koch operates a cylindrical grinder that was a recent addition to the machinery at T & L Grinding in Menomonee Falls. The grinder, shown refurbishing a 16 ½-foot shaft for a compactor, can handle jobs as long as 24 feet. The job was expected to take about 18 hours to complete.
